My name is Lindsey, and I am a 20-something wife, former elementary teacher, and mother to a special little boy that has taught our family more in his 2 years than we ever thought imaginable. My husband and I were married in 2008, and our son, Greyson, came along with a bang in 2011. After several complications, our son was born prematurely and still remains on oxygen and is tube fed.
Our life is full of appointments, therapies, housekeeping, and more, but we always make time for playing and reading. Our beliefs are that children learn best through play, exploration, hands on learning activities, and books, and Tot School is an exciting way to get Greyson learning and me "teaching" again. I have always loved children's books, and our son now has the same love. I found joy in my own business as a Barefoot Books Ambassador, which has reminded me how much can be accomplished through reading.
